In this session Belinda will share her experiences of introducing agile to businesses beyond the software sector and what ‘Being agile in Business’ really means.
Through the programme Agile Innovation, Belinda has introduced agile to over 60 high growth SME businesses in Cornwall to help them manage and leverage their growing enterprises.
From PR agencies to fashion designers, geologists to toy designers, find out how agile and lean methods have been adopted by an array of businesses and the problems it has helped to solve.
Belinda has spent the last 4 years on an agile adventure, firstly translating agile for businesses investing into software and then adapting agile for use beyond the software sector for business growth and improvement.
She has worked across a variety of sectors to adopt the agile mindset and methodology ultimately resulting in a globally recognised agile conference, a book and a software community in Cornwall.
In this session Belinda will share her favourite tales of how agile has been adopted and adapted by the businesses and teams she works with.
