I am delighted to introduce the Being Agile Bootcamp series.

There are a series of unit modules and topics available to choose from to create your own bootcamp programme. Each module contains theory, discussion and practical application to your chosen project using exercises and workbooks with templates and prompts to complete before, during and after live sessions.

My bootcamps have been delivered for DFE funded programmes endorsed by CMI L3 and accredited by ILM L4 and are available to book privately for your organisation or membership as a non-accredited version.

Our shortest bootcamp is 1hr per week for 3 weeks, our longest is 6 days over 12 weeks. Timing and Content is completely flexible to meet your needs and will be mapped out in pre-camp planning sessions.

The below is an example of our full bootcamp run over 6 weeks with full days of engagement to give an idea of the depth and breath available.

6 Day Bootcamp – Full Course (All Modules, 1 day per week for 6 weeks)

The bootcamps are suitable for individuals and teams working real-time on a specific project. Sessions can be short setting a task and activity to do for that day/week, or longer to give attendees time to work on planning and delivering their specific projects within the session.

Ten units comprehensively covering key skills, techniques, concepts, tools and approaches for managing projects.

6 Day Course

  • Unit 1 – What is Project Management
  • Unit 2 – Project Startup
  • Unit 3 – Project Team and Stakeholders
  • Unit 4 – Project Objectives
  • Unit 5 – Project Management Principles
  • Unit 6 – Project Management Methods
  • Unit 7 – Project Planning & Delivery
  • Unit 8 –  Project Monitoring & Review
  • Unit 9 – Leading Projects
  • Unit 10 – High Performing Teams

Attendees will apply their learning in sessions to a current or recent project relevant to their current role throughout the course.  They will complete exercises and template decks for applying their learning to managing their projects.  An interactive and engaging course attendees will collectively discuss and share their thoughts and application to their projects.

“It’s great to work through a sample project alongside the real world examples and theory. Makes the training relevant to your day to day too rather than just theoretical. Also great to hear everyone elses ideas/input to help us along! Pace this week was brill.”  Dan Smith, Client Project.

“I find it’s at a good pace and very interactive which helps to come up with ideas and getting everyone involved.” Dan Kneller

“Course has been helpful so far, lessons have been well-paced and well explained.  Has been interesting to see it through one of our own projects so we can understand how each factor can affect the result(s).” Jesse Wood

“Finding the course very interesting and know it will improve my project management skills.” J Higgon

“I find it particularly interesting to not only understand risks, stakeholders and values but how to manage them and communicate them effectively.” Ella

“Find it really helpful that we are using our own project to work through everything so we can relate what we are going through back to that.” Ellie Corthorn

“Really good course with a range of knowledge regarding project management, ideal for someone who is new to project management and at the same time developing skills of people that have been previously involved in projects.” Josh Kirkwood

“PM Course is identifying more aspects to be taken into account when dealing with different projects/ people.  Very informative.”

“Really enjoying the course, learning plenty of things I didn’t know which will help out moving forward with new and existing projects.  The course is going at the right speed for me, some things are easier to understand and retain than others and its nice to have the speed at the current pace and be able to ask questions throughout.  Belinda is really helpful and enthusiastic and is always trying to make each section relevant to each individual.” Emma Parsons

“This course met my expectations and would recommend to the other people. A lot of useful information and tools that will come in handy in the future.” Magdalena Trzewiczynska
