Agile Team Experience

Overview

This half or full day is customised for large groups of teams, suitable for away day and off site day activities.

During the day agile tools and methods will be applied that can be immediately implemented.

Aims and objectives

Practical and hands on experience where attendees will learn all about agile working.

Participants will:

• Gain an understanding of key concepts and principles of agile working
• Apply agile thinking, methods and tools to current roles, teams, projects and products
• Identify key areas where adopting agile approaches will be most effective for the team
• Find quick wins to help positively move teams, products and projects forward immediately
• Gain practical experience by applying and implementing agile on the day
• Enhance team working, improve communication and visibility of work
