Leading Change using an Agile Mindset (Belinda Waldock – Guest speaker)

All teams need to manage change in order to improve and grow. Agile is a mind set and methodology for managing change and uncertainty. From project management to business model transformation taking an agile approach is proven to be highly effective route to delivering value and creating productive, happy teams during challenging and volatile conditions.

This session will explore how and why agile works and the key concepts and tools to adopt an agile mind set. Belinda will share case studies from teams using agile to identify and implement their growth strategies, deliver successful products and services on time and in budget, and create dynamic and innovative high performing individuals and teams.
