We’ve joined forces with Cornwall’s own best-selling author and Agile Business Coach, Belinda Waldock to bring you an exclusive workshop, specially designed for members and friends of The Samphire Club.
To be held at Truro’s Alverton Hotel this half-day session will give you an introduction to Agile – what it is and how it can be used to create high-performing teams, identify and manage opportunities for growth and drive a culture of innovation in your business.
The afternoon will be of particular interest if you’re a business owner, director or senior leader/manager. You’ll be exploring Agile from a leadership and management perspective as well as getting hands-on experience of Agile Project Management that is both applicable to, and immediately actionable within, your own business.

The workshop will be delivered by Belinda Waldock, Agile Business Coach and author of the internationally published “Being Agile in Business,” shortlisted as the CMI Management Book of the Year and translated into Chinese.
Belinda developed the Being Agile model for business management from her work with a variety of high growth businesses. She works with local, national and international businesses as well as organising the award-winning Agile on the Beach conference held annually in Falmouth. She is co-founder of Software Cornwall which represents Cornwall’s growing digital community.
