Delighted to confirm I will be visiting Cardiff in July to speak at Agile Cymru
Belinda will share her adoption of agile methods for writing and publishing her book Being agile in Business with traditional publisher Pearson. She will talk about how the book was scoped, written and marketed using an agile approach, within a typically traditional linear process. Sharing synergies to her experience of developing software, and tips and tricks if you want to digest your knowledge into a book yourself.
