Being Agile at Work: ADHD Work Strategy Coaching

I help neurodivergent professionals find ways of working that actually work for them. It’s a personalised, forward-focused approach to building confidence, structure, and balance in the workplace — without losing creativity or flexibility.

Rather than trying to “fit in” to traditional ways of working, we explore how to adapt your work environment, systems, and routines so they fit you. Together, we identify strengths, understand challenges, and create practical, sustainable strategies to reduce overwhelm and increase flow.

I had a huge light bulb moment. I’m getting all the info out of my brain and organising everything into workable bite sized bits. Not so frozen with ‘where do I start’!” Jemma Giles – Field with a View

What it involves

Agile goals, not rigid plans: We set clear, achievable goals and take small, adaptable steps toward them.
Skill building through practice: Strengthen executive skills like planning, prioritising, time management, and focus in ways that work for your brain.
Personal strategies for real work: Develop systems for managing tasks, emails, meetings, and boundaries that keep you focused without burning out.
Strengths-based coaching: Harness your creativity, problem-solving, and unique thinking as assets — not obstacles.
Practical, everyday tools: Use visual boards, routines, and short feedback loops to stay on track and feel in control.

Benefits of Agile Work Strategy Coaching

Boosts focus and flow: Work becomes easier to start, sustain, and complete.
Reduces stress and overwhelm: Build calm and confidence through structure that flexes with you.
Enhances confidence and self-awareness: Understand what works best for you — and use it to your advantage.
Improves communication and collaboration: Learn how to work with others in ways that feel clear and sustainable.
Encourages independence and growth: Leave with tools and habits that help you self-manage and thrive.

How it works

Sessions are flexible and customised to suit you. Sessions are often 1hr weekly or fortnightly. We start with a 2hr session to establish the goals and outcomes you wish to gain and the challenges you would like to overcome from our time together. Each week will be a combination of discussion, learning and application. We can create a coaching programme for you based on the time you have available.

“Belinda, your framework has been a game-changer for my biggest challenge — continuity. I used to come back to tasks and not know where to start, but now my work is visible and trackable. I can sit down in the morning and know what to do. Breaking things into smaller steps makes everything feel achievable. Your sprint tools are brilliant — I’m seeing whole threads of work come together, and it’s really helping me manage my ADD. I’m excited to plan my course in Trello and complete your mini-course too. Your sessions have been so inspiring, thank you!” Alexandra James-Gets i2imaths

More about Work Strategy Coaching

ADHD workplace strategy coaching is a personalised, forward-focused process that helps neurodivergent employees develop practical strategies to overcome workplace challenges like time management, organisation, and focus. Through one-on-one sessions, individuals work with a coach to identify their specific strengths and weaknesses, implement coping mechanisms, and improve executive functioning skills to boost productivity and reduce stress.

What it involves

  • Goal-oriented approach: The coaching is tailored to the individual’s specific needs, focusing on actionable steps to achieve workplace goals.
  • Skill development: It helps improve executive functioning skills, which can be impacted by ADHD, such as planning, prioritising, organisation, and time management.
  • Strategy implementation: It helps create personalised strategies for areas like managing emails, creating to-do lists, and staying focused.
  • Strengths-based perspective: The coaching helps employees identify and leverage their natural strengths to succeed in their roles.
  • Practical solutions: Strategies can include breaking down large tasks, developing routines, managing sensory sensitivities, and improving communication.

Belinda’s sessions have transformed my approach to the day-to-day of my business. Before attending, I had hit a block about which next steps to take, but Belinda’s training transformed my approach. After implementing her recommendations, I achieved more in one day than I had in the previous few weeks, and that progress has continued since. Thank you” Coralie Turner, Science Station

Your system is brilliant, I have applied what I learnt from your training for the past couple of weeks, and I’ve been the most productive I’ve been in ages – the concept is brilliant. I’m ADHD too, and it’s so helpful to see visually what I’ve got to do. Thank you” Justine Emma Marriott Blossom and Bloom Maternal Wellbeing
