Applying Agile – Team/Project Sessions

Following on from the first session, this half day team session will be customised for the team to explore their adoption of agile in their own projects and wider work.

This session can be held the same day, or within 3 weeks of the introduction (to allow attendees to run an initial sprint between sessions.

• Identify the most relevant agile methods and tools for the team/project and how best to implement
• Practically apply relevant agile project management methods and tools in context for the team/project
• Create an action plan and gain guidance on how to practically take forward as a team

Sessions are flexible and customisable for your team and context, enabling you to discuss, consider and apply agile within your own working environment.

Sessions combine theory and discussion with case examples and practical application enabling teams begin implementing agile in their day-to-day work and growth plans. The session will be run using two-way video and audio and facilitated to enable discussion and practice as a team.
