This is a hands-on Agile workshop designed specifically for artists (including performers, dancers and craftsmen) and arts organisations by Agile expert, Belinda Waldock.

This workshop introduces the Agile method and will help you to understand where and how Agile can be of value within your practice or your organisation. It will show you how to practically apply Agile to current projects and workload. At the end of the workshop you will have your own Agile toolkit to take away and implement Agile working methods.
